Description:
Knotgrass is a long-standing traditional remedy for arthritis and general
inflammatory joint conditions.
It appears as a weed in many temperate countries and is difficult to eradicate
once established, due to its strong root and runner system below soil level.
How it works:
The active substances of this plant have not yet been studied extensively.
Knotgrass is known to contain silica, which can help to improve the elasticity
and strength of connective tissues in the body, in particular the joints.
In addition, the plant appears to work as an anti-inflammatory agent by helping
the body eliminate toxins.
Additional advice:
No restrictions on use are known. Knotgrass should be taken over a period
of six months to be fully effective.
